TIPS' primary goal is to advise and influence Stanford leadership on the development and implementation of processes and procedures that support the needs of the academic and administrative units that TIPS represents.
TIPS has over 1,000 members representing a wide variety of Stanford organizations and was formed in 1987 so that Stanford staff members could provide input to Stanford procedures and methodologies.
TIPS meetings welcome participation from all Stanford employees. These meetings serve as open forums where you can possibly engage with Stanford decision-makers regarding potential enhancement to productivity projects and programs.
