TIPS
TIPS is a staff-led, cross-university group focused on driving productivity and process improvement at Stanford. Core Representatives, nominated by school and unit leadership, collaborate to share about productivity projects in their spaces, surface opportunities for improvement, and provide visibility to senior leaders on productivity-related topics.
Our mission is to foster cross-campus collaborative connections, leverage community wisdom, and enhance leadership visibility, while building leadership skills and professional networks among Core Representatives.
TIPS operates through regular meetings, working groups, and coordinated communication with unit leaders and the University Management Group (UMG).
