Operating Guidelines
The primary ongoing operations for TIPS are around the regular gathering of TIPS core reps to share information and to network, to support TIPS objectives.
Core Reps Meetings
Schedule: Every other month or quarterly (varies based on team availability)
Meeting Objectives:
- Create connections cross-university to foster information sharing, with a focus on ways to be more productive and opportunities to collaborate.
- Tap into the collective wisdom of the Stanford community by identifying feedback audiences.
- Provide visibility to senior leaders about relevant projects, opportunities and challenges. (UMG, Senior Leaders in our units, Central Offices)
- Support professional development and leadership skill-building for Core Reps.
